FaciliCare was established in 1991 as a division of The Nichols Team, Inc., a commercial construction company. FaciliCare’s main focus was to provide facility maintenance services to those customers that The Nichols Team had built new facilities for. Ric Carley lead the charge to grow FaciliCare into a small enterprise, that evolved into a one stop shop providing building cleaning care, landscaping, snow removal and maintenance & repair services for it’s customers.

In November 2007 Ric Carley purchased FaciliCare from The Nichols Costuction Team. Today, the company is blessed with a growing, repeat customer base and strong team of skilled, loyal workers - some of whom have been with the company since day one.
